Channel Moa Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using Channel Moa ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Channel Moa.

2. Service Description

Channel Moa provides US-focused IPTV streaming over the internet, including live channels (NFL Sunday games, NBA, MLB, NHL, UFC PPV and US local broadcast networks), premium on-demand content, EPG, and multi-device access on Firestick, Android, iOS and Windows.

3. Subscription & Payment

Channel Moa subscriptions are sold as prepaid plans (1 month through 5 years, or Lifetime). All payments are processed in Bitcoin. Subscriptions activate automatically within 5–15 minutes of on-chain payment confirmation.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use Channel Moa for personal viewing on up to the number of simultaneous devices included in your plan (3 to 6). You may not share your credentials publicly, resell access outside the official Channel Moa reseller program, or attempt to redistribute the streams.

5. Account Suspension

Channel Moa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including credential sharing, unauthorized reselling, or attempts to circumvent technical restrictions.

6. Refunds

Channel Moa offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. See our Refunds Policy for full eligibility rules.

7. Limitation of Liability

Channel Moa provides the Service "as is" without warranties. Channel Moa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

Channel Moa may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
