Channel Moa stands behind every plan. If you experience a persistent technical issue that our support team cannot resolve, you are eligible for a Bitcoin refund within the first 30 days of your subscription.

Eligibility

Refunds are issued when:

  • You contact Channel Moa support within 30 days of activation
  • A persistent technical issue prevents normal use of the Service
  • Our support team has attempted at least one troubleshooting cycle (typically 24–48 hours)
  • The issue is not caused by your local internet connection, device firmware, or third-party app conflicts

How to request a refund

  1. Email help@channelmoa.us with your order email and a description of the issue.
  2. Our support team responds within 30 minutes with troubleshooting steps.
  3. If the issue cannot be resolved, we initiate the refund process within 24 hours.
  4. Refunds are sent in Bitcoin to a wallet address you provide. The BTC amount reflects the network exchange rate at the time of refund.

Non-refundable situations

Refunds are not available for:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after activation
  • Issues caused by user error, third-party apps, or local network conditions
  • Subscriptions cancelled by Channel Moa for Terms of Service violations
  • The Lifetime plan after the 30-day window has closed

Renewal refunds

Renewal subscriptions follow the same 30-day window starting from the renewal activation date.
