Copyright Takedown Procedure

Channel Moa respects the intellectual property rights of others. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

Submitting a DMCA notice

To submit a takedown notice, please email help@channelmoa.us with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice" and include all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder (or authorized agent).
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including a URL or specific location.
4. Contact information for the complainant (name, address, telephone, email).
5. A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate, and that the complainant is the rights holder or authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf.

Counter-notice procedure

If you believe a takedown was issued in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address. Counter-notices must include the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

Response time

Channel Moa typically responds to DMCA notices within 48 hours of receipt. Repeat infringers are subject to account termination per our Terms of Service.
